Health Savings Account
We should be able to use your Health Savings Account with no problems. Please check with your HSA administrator for details on their process and requirements.
Insurance
Sorry, we no longer accept insurance. The time required for processing, tracking, providing repeated documentation, experiencing the denial rate, and enduring continual delays in receiving funds made accepting insurance too challenging for this small business. However, we can provide you with a receipt with the necessary information for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
Please be aware you are unlikely to be reimbursed for the full amount of your treatment. Each insurance company has its own process and requirements. Some companies will apply out-of-network costs to your deductible, while others will not. Some will pay a portion of your treatment costs, while others will not.
Medicare
In order to use your Medicare insurance, please see a provider that accepts Medicare. If you are on Medicare and wish to receive preventative or maintenance care with Dr. Spore, you will be asked to sign an ABN stating you accept full financial responsibility for treatment provided at HealHub, LLC and will not submit receipts for reimbursement.
